RETURN POLICY
UNUSED ITEMS, with all original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 30 days
of receiving your order for a full refund, minus a $10 restocking fee ($25 for Skis,
Ski Boots, Snowboards and Boots) per package shipped. Please note we only process returns
and exchanges for items purchased from Ski-Depot.com, Raceskis.com, and its daughter sites.
Items that are returned after the 30 day time frame will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns after 60 days. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is
a result of our error. Please provide a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your
return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange.
