Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which extends to the original purchaser only. Items are to be free from defects during normal use of product for which it is designed. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, accident, or other unreasonable use not arising out of defects in material or construction.

Warranty Coverage: Most products are covered for 1 year from date of purchase. Other manufacturer’s fees may apply.

Ski Depot, at its discretion, will replace, credit, or issue store credit, after inspection of defective product.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of customer. If ski was purchased with a binding, the binding must be transferred to the new ski. This is also the responsibility of customer. Ski Depot will assess a $25.00 labor charge for this service.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
  • Contact Ski Depot representative: sbuck@ski-depot.com
  • Invoice # will be required.
  • Skis purchased with binding:
    1. Remove binding and return ski, freight prepaid
    2. Return ski/binding freight prepaid.
    3. Ski Depot will transfer binding to new ski.($25.00 charge)
  • Replacement skis can also be purchased and shipped, with credit issued upon receipt and inspection of defective product.
  • Replacement product will carry balance of original warranty.
